For Mixer & Equipment inquiries: your target material (e.g. alumina, mullite, NMC precursor), required batch capacity (kg per batch), target granule size range, and whether ceramic lining is required. Also mention if you need a standalone mixer or a complete production line including hydraulic press.

For HDI PCB & Rigid-Flex inquiries: your Gerber files or stack-up specification, required layer count, minimum trace width and spacing, surface finish requirement, annual quantity, and target delivery location. IPC class requirement (Class 2 or Class 3) is also helpful.

Payment and Commercial Terms

SCM Group accepts payment via international wire transfer (T/T) in USD or HKD. Standard commercial terms for new customers are 30% deposit upon order confirmation with balance payable prior to shipment. For established customers with order history, alternative payment schedules may be available. We provide commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other export documentation as required by your country's import regulations.

Shipping and Logistics

Equipment orders are shipped from Shenzhen or Guangzhou ports by sea freight (FCL or LCL depending on order size) or by air freight for urgent requirements. PCB and eyewear orders are typically shipped by air express (DHL, FedEx, UPS) or sea freight depending on quantity and timeline requirements. We work with established freight forwarders and can provide EXW, FOB, or CIF pricing. Customs clearance support and documentation are available for all major import markets.
